Consultant-led Dermatology care
Dr Andrew Iain MacKenzie is a Consultant Dermatologist providing private Dermatology assessment and treatment in Scotland.
He graduated from Edinburgh Medical School in 2006, completed postgraduate General Medical training and membership of the Royal College of Physicians in 2010, and went on to complete specialist Dermatology training in Edinburgh, obtaining MRCP(Derm) in 2014.
Dr MacKenzie is on the GMC Specialist Register for Dermatology and has more than a decade of consultant-level experience across NHS and private Dermatology practice in Scotland.
His practice is centred on careful assessment, clear explanation and tailored treatment planning. His approach is calm, thorough and evidence-based, with an emphasis on helping patients understand their diagnosis and the options available to them.
Outside clinical practice, Dr MacKenzie enjoys spending time with his wife and young family and walking the family dog.
